Egypt is a land that has captivated me since I was a child. As someone who grew up in this ancient land, I am still astounded by the healing and energetics that Egypt has to offer, and it is my honor to share this with you.

We will embark on a fully guided spiritual retreat, where we will visit some of the most powerful and transformative sites in Egypt. From the Pyramids and the Sphinx to the Karnak and Luxor temples, we will immerse ourselves in the history, mythology, and mysticism of this extraordinary land.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to connect with the power and magic of Egypt, and I cannot wait to share it with you. Join me on this journey, and let us discover the healing and transformational power of this land together.

With love,

Heidi Soliman

With Heidi’s encouragement and commitment I was able to change who I was, how I viewed my disease and took responsibility for my part in choosing this disease.
The minute I owned it, everything started to change.

Islam is the dominant influence, and many traditional customs and beliefs are tied up with that religion. Egypt locals are generally courteous and hospitable and expect similar respect from visitors. Handshaking will suffice as a greeting. As Egypt is a Muslim country, clothes should be conservative and women should not wear revealing clothing, particularly when in religious buildings and in towns (although the Western style of dress is accepted in modern nightclubs, restaurants, hotels and bars in Cairo, Alexandria and other tourist destinations). Official or social functions and smart restaurants usually require more formal wear. Smoking is very common but not in closed places. PDA is not encouraged, unless there is a proof of marriage.

Friends may book shared accommodation and can request a room together at the time of their booking. However, if not specified by the individual, attendees will be assigned rooms by gender.

We strongly recommend that you consider these 3 types of insurance plans: trip cancellation insurance, travel health insurance, and medical evacuation insurance. These will cover different situations and may give you financial peace of mind, as well as allowing for safe and healthy travel. Keep all boarding passes, ticket copies and receipts for expenses paid during your trip if it later becomes necessary to file a claim.

Please contact your medical provider, airline or travel agent to obtain a policy for this trip. This is important
