In the event of any cancellations from the clients end, or failure to complete the full payment before March 1st, 2024, a non-refundable fee of $1600 USD will be applied. This fee is non-negotiable. 

Installments must be also completed before 1st of March, 2024. 

A full refund will be issued if the minimum number of guests for this trip have not been reached. This will be advised by March 1st, 2024. 

Unforeseen Circumstances: In the unfortunate event of a pandemic, natural disaster, war, or any other unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, our loss is also the client’s loss. This means that any expenses, penalties, or non-refundable costs incurred by us due to these circumstances will be shared equally with the client. We will work diligently to minimize costs and seek refunds from suppliers when possible.

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance can provide additional financial protection and peace of mind.

Refunds and Compensation: Any refunds or compensation provided to clients will be in accordance with our policies and the terms and conditions of any third-party suppliers involved in the trip.

Communication: We will make every effort to keep clients informed of any changes, cancellations, or developments related to their overseas trip due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients are also expected to maintain open communication with us to facilitate the resolution of any issues that may arise. 

Alternative Arrangements: In the event of trip disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances, we will explore alternative travel arrangements, where possible and reasonable, to minimize the impact on clients’ travel experience. 

Force Majeure: In situations deemed as “force majeure,” neither party shall be held liable for any damages, penalties, or losses beyond their reasonable control. Each individual needs to abide by the laws of their country.
