I’m passionate about YOU, developing your Health and Wellbeing. I’m a certified Biomedical Engineer, who majored as a heart technologist. I later pursued my career as a psychosomatic therapist to explore the human-being holistically.

Together we will reveal the lack of information or the accumulation of misinformation causing the pain.

The 'insight phase' provides the individual clarity and opportunity to begin to see their life in a new light - one that is more constructive, positive and personalised.

The ‘assimilation phase’ is the amalgamation of this new insight into past events and future possible events, as well as how to integrate their choices.

The utilisation of the new insight, practicing the application of it in everyday life, consisting of the conscious awareness that is involved in making choices with your new insights.
